Life goes on

Yup it does,

Am in Kisumu and its quiet hot just arrived after taking the last ferry from Mbita today, and oh my, the ride was a little bit bumpy, loaded with cars, and a bunch of us, a few extras if you ask me, thois who form the Friday Mbita-Kisumu migration, and it takes heart, some times i think OMG am I made of stuff strong enough to withstand the backj to back....but here we are , am blogging from the true city under the sun, canhear the music booming from Mon Ami, but fatigue has made sure the taste of music is a whirlwind over my head, my bones are aching for a good sleep tonight, and I guess for once i want to go with mother nature, schedules sometimes justy dont make sense,

Sweet Carols-RIP

It was a tight weekend that started with an initiation of a cold in Kisumu on Friday, an eventual overall sickness that saw me back in Mbita on Saturday, and a heart wrenching message on my phone that a colleague,Carol had slept the final sleep, on Saturday 17th October 2009.

Rest in Peace Carol, your final sleep has come as a shock to all of us, a crude reminder that we are all visitors in this world, only here for a moment, then gone foreever, leaving only memories of moments we have shared, and marks of love, scars of heartbreaks in those who were lucky to have known us.

7th Novembers is the day we will lay you to rest, I have no words, no tears yet, but shock and disbelief how could i see you now, and not see you again, I just like a doubting Thomas will wait for that day, for my eyes to see, and my hands to touch, because its too soon, too soon

To your closest family and friends, May God carry them through this moments,

New place, new memories

Its not MJ's death that got me too distant from been in touch, didnt get a chance to let you guys know but I was moving houses

After a long and and heartbreaking moments am finally settled, heart breaking because I had known my former residence since 2004, its not only the memories but the people I met there, and those who met me there, the friends who made it home, just to name a few Richard, Morris,, Raphael, Olivia, Lucy, Lucy W, Daisy,Keziah, over the years some of them left and finally it was down to only me and Richard. A home is a place you want to go to, you feel welcomed, relaxed, with no doubts, but I realised the walls dont make you feel at home, its the people, they bring the moments, and moments are trials, its when we try, when we fall, when we rise, when we win, Many more that I found in FB4 and those who left me there, and those who came back, and those who wished to come back, we all have our private memories that made it home, as I welcome my new place, I take with me the best of yesterday, and look forward to the best of today, just as it was walls, so is it walls now, am building new moments

Great to be back in blogging, and thanks to those who kept visiting the site, adioz, and a smile on the face, I have a better view of the lake now, took some pics early in the morning today!
