Almost but not yet

Okay I got to admit for the last few days I just lost the link for attaching pictures to the posts in the blog,
however it has been raining alot in Mbita, we almost cold everyday you know we aint used to the temperature dropping down that bad, the other day it was rainstorm, and living so near the lake, dont get me wrong i do love the lakeside but the thunderstorm aint my cup of tea, so its officially 31st looking at my time, and we counting down the hour to New Years,

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who had the time and chance to check out thjis blog, it aint the greatest on the blog street, but I sure do love coming here and once a while jotting down whats on my mind, and thank you for passing by

I toast to my family, my loved one, starting with my Mama, isnt she just the best thing to happen to me, the rest of the gang too coz without saying luv you guys

To friends who have been there, who have held me not only in the physical, but in the distant, on the phone, on email, seeing me through 2009, I thank you all guys, it has been 2009 because you were there

To loved ones who are gone with the wind, in the year 2009, God loved you more, and saw it best to call you home, so will He pluck us from the garden of the world, and we shall meet again

For those we are yet to meet, let them bring joy into our lives, making every past memorable, the present livable and the future hopeful

In the next 23hours of 2009 lets toast to a year, one more to be added to the list of years that we have had, every one of them counts......

Merry Christmas-Island Resort

Hey a very Merry Christmas to us all, and if you are in Mbita, am sure if you were out yesterday having some merry time, then rubbing shoulders with the police was not uncommon, I guess they are all taking Iteere's promise to keep us safe this christmas loud and true, well I hope your Christmas eve was great

a quite morning it is, but well for Mbitans, if you would like to go out there and just be with your fellow Islanders, Island resort is the place to be, am told, ave checked it out, the banners and stuff, some music, some beauty pageant, didnt know they still make up for good shows, but its in the menu.......and of course you know without saying some nice Benga or Ohangla music wont miss

Well i got to go, had a long night, dont ask what I was doing, but it was clean and straight, where ever you are this Christmas, its all about HIM, CHRIST, that is why human kind has set aside this day, may He be born in you, as we celebrate the Mass

Kaswanga

This was way before Christmas eve tonight, a sports day in Kaswanga was a way of confirming that the season of christmass was here with us again, if you were the football competions sure made us feel the footballers scoiuts should have been out here

Kampala Club Kats

Far from the Mbita sun, Kampala presented a few moments away from what i now call home,
In a new town, old aquitances reemerged and i took my time out just living it, i would say i sampled the pubs more than i would have loved too, however on of them down at the Kamapla University specifically in Katazar ,Club kats, did not dissapoint, my love for live performances was not failed. I had informed my hosts i would loved to pass through La Bonita, but merry moments failed to make the promise true
however I was quite impressed with the interpretation of art on stage, in the midst of drinking patrons, hawk eyed allures of women of the night there was a short play about AIDS, brought to the fore with a lot of humour, the wording was quite great, and the lasting impression was the setup in which it was been presented

Guys i got to be honest, am worn out, and this is a last attempt to capture the moments before time dyes them out, hope you had a mzuri weekend ,

good, I got to rest my feet, will talk about this more kesho
