A costly typing error indeed, if it goes unnoticed.
Hard to crack! What is the difference between a 9 billion shilling typing error and the self claimed pastor Deya's wife having another miracle baby! You know the math.
Where are we headed to,the rot has eaten into the bones, what we are seeing are sores, rotting with pus, awaiting the final knock on the hammer. This is no longer corruption grande masse, its pure " let the CID tell us, but do we need to wait?
Are some of us preparing another country to live in, such that any destruction on Kenya wont affect them or their future generations. What kind of a greed can drive man to pollute the same soil he will expect a harvest from. I find it ironical "kulipa ushuru ni kujitegemea....." should i look into the horses mouth?
I live upcountry, where i see grandmothers raising grandchildren........ women dying at delivery tables, children preferring to do odd jobs because they are from children led households, we hear hunger from all over the country, IDPs still struggling with starting all over again, HIV/AIDS still getting a stronghold, joblessness, insecurity, this are issues that all Kenyans share, at the grass root level, but we all know just like "shamba la wanyama" there are Kenyans and there are elite Kenyans. You know the ratio, you know the math.
Its pathetic situation that we are been dragged along, pathetic and quite sad, for all those working mothers, and fathers, and those who are not in any formal employment and making the best out of a bad situation, no words can describe the struggles, we can only hope as Kenyans we will be ready for change, we don't need to change the monkeys alone, the forest too need some changes.
Kenya needs an overhaul.
Thanks Lisa for the post card at JKIA and the pics from holiday in Zanzibar, it was great having you in Kenya with us, pass my regards to the Swiss, and you are a reminder that Kenya has a beautiful side to it, karibu tena.
